These gifts are a gesture of appreciation and an invitation to pause. They are not a treatment for burnout, anxiety or sleep difficulties, and do not replace manageable workloads, supportive leadership or professional care.

What should we budget?
Plan around £25–£50 per person. The Global Lifestyle Hub is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your quote. Your quote confirms the full total, including packaging and delivery.
What is included in each box?
The boxes above are examples. Final contents are listed in your proposal and agreed before ordering, as availability can change.
Can we request fragrance-free options or share sensitivities?
Please include these in your enquiry so suitability can be checked. A fragrance-free option is not guaranteed at this stage.
Can you deliver to several addresses or add our branding?
Include these requests when enquiring. Availability, costs and timings are confirmed before you commit; neither service is promised at this stage.
When should we order for Christmas?
Please order by early December. Royal Mail’s last posting dates change each year, so the exact cut-off is confirmed when you order.
